Based on the 17th century Germanic ‘Walpurgisnacht’ festival – the night where witches and warlocks meet on May Day’s Eve, Scare Kingdom Scream Park’s Walpurgis Night combines immersive theatre, horror and comedy with live scareactors and special effects for a truly chilling experience!
Travel back to 1816 as devilish libertine Poet Lord Byron throws open the doors of Haxenghast Hall for one night of fear… Concealed within the mansion, Byron and his guests including author Mary Shelley and physician Doctor Polidori, invite you to explore their inner minds bought to life in four dimensions inside Manormortis – Diodati.
Maverick Victorian scientist William Tomb invites you to an evening of wonders as he demonstrates his latest invention – the Time Machine. But all does not go to plan as the infamous funeral parlour is pulled into a terrifying time rift – bringing a murderous mob from history into the present… Will you survive, or become time trapped inside Body Snatchers?
The world-renowned scare entertainment experience returns with an all-new assault on the senses. Officially dubbed ‘the UK’s sickest attraction’, Psychomanteum is shocking and graphic in equal measure. Experience a fictional retro kid’s television show presented by Godfrey, and featuring Zipit and Gloria the foul-mouthed hand puppets, as rehearsals go horribly wrong in Psychomanteum – Rainblow (18+ only, entry in pairs, extra charge applies).
Walpurgis Night will open its doors for one night only on Saturday 7th May 2021 from 6.30pm with last entry at 9.30pm. Tickets are £15.00 (plus bf) per body if booked online in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available on the door at £17.00 per body. A licensed bar will be available.
Scare Kingdom Scream Park is located at Mrs Dowson’s Farm Park, the home of Mrs. Dowson’s Ice Cream, minutes from the M6 junction 31 on the A59 near Preston and Blackburn in Lancashire, UK.
